COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANCE RESPONSE INITIATIVE
The MPD Communications Assistance Response Initiative is a voluntary program designed to alert and provide responding officers with necessary information
about anyone within the household with special needs regardless of age, race or gender. This program will provide an officer with additional underlying information
when responding to a non-emergency or emergency call so they are equipped to provide the best care and assistance to your loved ones. Once your registration is submitted,
you will be contacted by one of our Miami Police Department staff to verify the information. The information will be retained in a secure database for a period of 6 months
unless it is renewed by the person reporting. Enroll into the MPD Communications Assistance Response Initiative by clicking the following link:
Communications Assistance Response Initiative or by emailing
MPD911@miami-police.org with your request to be registered into the program.
